The 7 Minute Workout Revisited: Johnson & Johnson 7 Minute Workout App Review
A few weeks back (January 25th, to be exact), this newsletter featured a post about the popularity of abbreviated (well, short) workouts, with a specific focus on the 7-Minute Workout featured in the New York Times.
Since then, I stumbled across this app in the Play store titled The J&J Official 7-Minute Workout app; and wouldn’t you know, Chris Jordan, the creator of the workout and trainer featured in the Times video, is the voice you hear (and whose image you see) in this app. In any case, I did a quick review for you (below); if you don’t have 4.5 minutes to watch it, the punch line is that it’s not perfect, but I like it a lot. In fact, I use it several times a week!
