PODCAST ANTHOLOGY #2
Hey friends! This week I’ll be sharing Volume 2 of my Podcast Anthology series, featuring some of my favorite Laura the Health Coach/Laura Teaches Yoga podcast episodes!
Podcasts seem to be having a moment right now, and hopefully you’ll consider adding my bite-sized (snack sized?) episodes to your playlist of podcasts.
My podcast is hosted on Anchor.fm, but is available on all major podcast providers: Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Breaker, Overcast, PocketCasts, and RadioPublic.
Did you know?
Before I had my current podcast, I had a short-lived channel called Laura Teaches Yoga that I started around 2016 or so. Many of the goofier episodes have been archived safely away (don’t ask), but you can still hear gems like this delightful segment with my friend, fellow Yoga teacher and real-life horse whisperer, Tracie Pittman.
That particular day, we talked about Manifestation. Before you retreat in horror at the potential “woo-woo” theme, let me remind you: we here at the Laura the Health Coach Newsletter believe very strongly in science and research. However, don’t forget that just because you can see it, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist (and by “it”, I mean energy). Energy is very real, and manifestation is a way in which energy, well, manifests.
I’ll let Tracie explain it; she does a better job of it!

(Note: Tracie is not on social media, but if you have any comments or feedback I will be sure to pass them on to her! She currently lives in Denver, Colorado, and takes care of her rescue horse, Star!)
5. Laura the Health Coach: My Wellness Journey (2020)
https://anchor.fm/laurathehealthcoach/episodes/Ep--2-About-me-and-my-wellness-journey-eb5i8s
In one of my earlier podcasts, I shared a bit about my own personal wellness journey and what brought me into the world of health and nutrition. I shared this with the hope that maybe some listeners might relate to some part of the story, and feel motivated to start your own journey; regardless of your age or circumstance.
6. Laura the Health Coach: Intermittent Fasting (2020)
https://anchor.fm/laurathehealthcoach/episodes/Ep--3-Intermittent-Fasting-eb65ha
Can’t believe I recorded this over a year ago! I shared it in this newsletter on October of 2020, so I guess six months ago still qualifies it for inclusion in an anthology? In any case, Intermittent Fasting has been a real game-changer for me personally in terms of stabilizing my weight, regulating my blood sugar, and adding to my health in general. No surprise that this is a popular trend--just proceed mindfully and with caution!
Did any of these episodes land for you? Is there anything you’d like me to cover in a future podcast episode? Leave a comment!
